Learn the Basics of Yoga, as we approach this new Fall Season. Sandy Delgado will offer a 8 week course in Yoga & Mindfulness at Walkerdance Ballet Theatre ! You will leave this course feeling calmer then you begin, and you will understand why we practice Yoga & Learn that your own daily mindfulness practice relieves stress!
Collectivly we will practice meditation, 3 times a week, you will be asked to donwload a meditation app! This will be fun, and a chance to meet a lot of local practioners in a beautiful Ballet studio setting! All levels welcome. Age 16-65!
