If you've ever been involved in a real estate transaction then you know how frustrating in can be to get to the closing table. Whether you are buying or selling there are a lot of moving pieces that need to be watched and managed throughout the transaction period, It takes a certain amount of persistence to ensure that all, who are involved, are doing what they are supposed to be doing, and in a timely fashion, until the last signature is signed at the closing table. You see, all the folks who are working your transaction and telling you that you are the most important client, are also telling the same thing to many other clients. It is a true tug of war and I have found that the one who is the loudest, and doesn't take no for an answer, is the one who gets the most attention. The one who gets the most attention is the one who will close soonest. I have to push the mortgage lender, the appraiser, the inspectors, the closing attorney, the mortgage lender, the closing attorney, the mortgage lender, and the closing attorney if you get what I'm saying. No that is not a typo. It takes a tremendous amount of communication to push these transactions through. You need a great agent like my self to rally the troops and push everything along. If you are selling, I will get the most amount of money you can get for your property. If you are purchasing, then vice versa. I know the pricing game and will get you the best deal possible.
